💻 Digital Products
Digital items are non-refundable once downloaded.
If you have not yet downloaded your purchase and wish to cancel or exchange it, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll be happy to help.

📦 Physical Products
You may return eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery as long as:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
It’s in resellable condition
You have proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, etc.)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

🎁 Gift Cards, Coupons, & Discounts
Items purchased using gift cards, loyalty points, promotional codes, or other discounts are only eligible for store credit.

💸 Sale & Clearance Items
All sale or clearance purchases are final sale for refund purposes, but may be returned for store credit if unused and in original condition.

Digital Products: Can only be exchanged before being downloaded.
Physical Products: We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or variant. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We’ll get back to you ASAP and make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
