🐾 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages


Once an order is handed over to the carrier, it’s technically out of our paws — but we’ll always help you track it down!


If your package is lost or damaged, please email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

Tracking information (if available)


Photos (if damaged)



We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right as quickly as possible.
